Customer Service Associate
Best Plumbing Specialties is a business-to-business wholesale distributor of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) products.
We have been in business over 57 years as one of the largest independently owned specialty houses in the country, with sales in all 48 contiguous states.
We market and sell our products to facility maintenance professionals, including building engineers, plumbers, maintenance mechanics, property managers, and purchasing agents.
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate.
Job responsibilities include:
Will assist with customer service functions such as entering quotes, processing orders, and entering part numbers, etc.

Answer telephone calls and direct callers to the appropriate associates.

Daily scanningA'.
Maintain office extension listsA'.
Assist with other clerical duties such as copying, faxing, and filing.

Engage lobby visitorsMinimum requirements:

High school diploma or GEDA'.
Minimum 6 months - 1 year of relevant experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong organizational skillsA'.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
A'.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and accept direction on given assignments.
